I will abide by the terms of this agreement which includes Tahoe Mall's programs |
|
|
policies, procedures, terms and conditions of sale. |
|
|
2.
|
I am of legal age in the state in which I reside, mentally competent and have the right
|
|
|
to enter into this agreement without the approval of a custodian or cosigner. |
|
|
3.
|
I am not required to invest any monies into Tahoe Mall or inventory Tahoe Mall's |
|
|
|
products.
|
|
|
4.
|
I agree to pay a yearly membership fee ($35) to Tahoe Mall solely for the purpose of
|
|
|
receiving a Yearly Wholesale Pack and new catalogs when they became available, |
|
|
typically Spring and Fall, periodic updates on new products, opportunites, and other |
|
|
items deemed at the discretion of The Tahoe Mall. |
|
|
5.
|
I am under no obligation to sponsor any new member(s) into the Wholesaler Program.
|
|
|
6.
|
I am under no obligation to sell any Tahoe Mall products. |
|
|
7.
|
I am under no obligation to purchase any other products from Tahoe Mall except for the
|
|
|
yearly membership fee, charged to my credit card in January. |
|
|
8.
|
If I so choose I may sponsor Sub-Wholesalers for the purpose of building my own
|
|
|
business, whether internet or otherwise. |
|
|
9.
|
If I choose to build my own business, internet or otherwise, I will be acting and treated
|
|
|
as an independent representative (contractor) by Tahoe Mall. |
|
|
10.
|
I will be personally responsible for any business license(s), taxation or other
|
|
|
requirements imposed by any entity regarding my business in Tahoe Mall or |
|
|
any payments received from Tahoe Mall. |
|
|
11.
|
I may not bind Tahoe Mall to any obligation. |
|
|
12.
|
I will represent the products and programs in an ethical and lawful manner and in
|
|
|
accordance with any federal, state or local laws governing such business activities. |
|
|
13.
|
I will make no false or misleading statement(s) concerning Tahoe Mall, its products,
|
|
|
programs or earnings potential. |
|
|
14.
|
I may only sell the products of Tahoe Mall in accordance with Tahoe Mall's programs, |
|
|
|
policies, procedures, terms and conditions of sale and all orders/sales of Tahoe MalI's products will be processed through Tahoe Mall's website TahoeMall.com or it's associate, RiclinHouse.com. |
|
|
15.
|
I may earn periodic rebates on my personal purchases, earn all income associated |
|
|
|
with any and all sales I make; Tahoe Mall has no rights whatsover to any commissions or overrides on any personal sales.
|
|
|
16.
|
I may participate in periodic contests sponsored by Tahoe Mall based on meeting the |
|
|
|
required qualifications as published by Tahoe Mall on its website. |
|
|
17.
|
I may receive reports or other marketing material which is the confidential property of
|
|
|
Tahoe Mall and may not be disclosed to any third party or entity. |
|
|
18.
|
I will not initiate, contribute to or cooperate in any manner in the creation of a
|
|
|
competitive entity to Tahoe Mall, its products or its programs while I remain a member of Tahoe Mall, unless authorized in writing by Tahoe Mall. |
|
|
19.
|
I will not use any meeting, function or list sponsored by Tahoe Mall or any of its |
|
|
|
members to invite, persuade or contact other Tahoe Mall members for any other business purpose other than that of Tahoe Mall. |
|
|
20.
|
I will make no effort to subvert, modify or misinterpret the products, programs, policies,
|
|
|
procedures, terms and conditions of sale of Tahoe Mall. This includes the descriptions of products in writing must be exactly as appears in the catalogs, website, and other written material. |
|
|
21.
|
I will not repackage for resale the products of Tahoe Mall except as authorized |
|
|
|
byTahoe Mall in its literature or website. |
|
|
22.
|
I will not reproduce or use Tahoe Malls name, logo, trademark or products in any way |
|
|
|
or for any purpose, including advertising, printed material or electronic media except as approved in writing or provided by Tahoe Mall. |

|
23.
|
I will not participate in any interview conducted by any third party concerning Tahoe |
|
|
|
Mall without the express written consent of Tahoe Mall and/or Riclin House. |
|
|
24.
|
I will immediately report to Tahoe Mall any violations of this agreement that I am |
|
|
|
personally aware of by any other member(s) of Tahoe Mall. |
|
|
25.
|
My membership and all rights associated with my membership may be terminated |
|
|
by Tahoe Mall immediately for cause if it is determined that I have violated any of the |
|
|
conditions spelled out in this agreement including Tahoe Mall's programs, policies, |
|
|
procedures, terms and conditions of sale. |
|
|
26.
|
I may terminate my membership, including all rights associated with my membership, |
|
|
at any time by completing and submitting the membership termination form that |
|
|
appears on Tahoe Mall's website under the Members Only section. |
|
|
27.
|
I understand that spamming in any form is not tolerated by Tahoe Mall and will |
|
|
|
be cause for immediate cancellation of my membership and all rights associated with my membership in Tahoe Mall. |
|
|
28.
|
I will not use any automatic dialing equipment with pre-recorded messages in the |
|
|
building of my business as a member of Tahoe Mall. |
