These Return Policies apply ONLY to items purchased through The Tahoe Mall, including the Wholesale Gift Section and Tahoe Mall Exclusives.
Other businesses listed within the Tahoe Mall have their own Return Policies and are not under the jurisdiction of The Tahoe Mall, either in the way they conduct business or handle returns, complaints, etc.
All Tahoe Mall items are Guaranteed. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you need only do the following:
1. Contact us by email with the Order # and approximate date of purchase. Type "Return Item" in the subject line. You will then be given a Return Item # which must be included with the return item.
2. After receiving the Return Item #, ship the item in one of the 2 following ways:
Via UPS, Fed EX or US Mail: Tahoe Mall, 1424 Jobs Peak., Gardnerville, NV 89410
3. You are required to pay shipping. No CODs accepted.
4. All monies will be refunded (via your credit card), excluding original shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.
As simple as that! Of course, if you wish, you can use the amount against another purchase or as credit on a future order.
